Term Time Absence

Headteachers are only able to grant a leave of absence during term time in exceptional circumstances. If you feel this applies, please read West Berkshire's Holidays in Term Time - A Guide for Parents before submitting a request to the relevant school(s) using the form. You are advised not to make any booking before ascertaining if the proposed holiday has been authorised.

Medication

There may be occasions on which your child needs to have medicine in school. If your child needs on-going medicine such as an asthma inhaler or return to school after an illness but are completing a course of antibiotics this presents no problem at all. You will need to completed a medical request form.

Please ensure the medication is clearly labeled indicating contents, dosage and child's name in full. Medication will not be accepted in the school without a complete form.

We regularly take part in local trips and sports activities. Please make sure you have completed an offsite permission form so that your child can take part.
